| Chef Jon T. Huffman is a graduate of C.I.A, (Culinary Institute of America) Hyde Park New York, in 1993. He spent the last twenty years in N.Y., Baltimore, Washington D.C., and the Pennsylvania area where he learned a deep appreciation of seafood, including his beloved Maryland Blue Crabs, for which his assortment of freshly delivered fish and seafood shows deliciously on Z's menu. He credits his Mother and Grandmother for his love and passion for cooking. He counts Thomas Keller and Anthony Bordain as inspirations in cooking and the chef lifestyle.
